Well, I got home yesterday. 7 days in Orlando. I gained 3 pounds! I walked so much that I thought maybe I would actually lose, but it was not to be. I am back to 18 pounds again. I hope to get this off this week. I did eat, not gorge, but eat. We would split deserts and snacks, but I hadn't been eating any. My walking really paid off though. I kept up with everyone else, and really didn't feel too bad. I would not have been able to do it, 6 months ago. Also, even though I tried to make wise food choices, a lot of it was fast food.
Well, I have lost 21 pounds. I was really trying for 30 before we left for
Florida (leaving tomorrow). But, 21 is great! Now, we will see if I can keep it off while we are gone. I will be doing a lot of walking so I have high hopes. Wish me luck! That is a milestone! Never thought when starting I would lose anything. I am really happy!
I have gone back to the biggest loser workout at night. Level 1. I am stuck on it, but it works. I have come a long way. When I started I could barely do anything. Now I am doing almost all of level 1. Still walking 30 mins in the morning. 2.5 speed. I slowly raise it every 5 or 6 minutes and get up to 2.0 elevation. I am feeling so good now. I am down below a weight I had over 10 years ago. I have seen these numbers for 10 years!!!!!! So happy!
I have been slowing down now on my weight loss. But, I am still happy. Each pound helps. I don't mind losing it slow, it will stay off longer. I haven't been exercising at night as much, still walking everyday. I am going to push it again this week. I would like to lose 10 more pounds by April 1st. Don't think I will make it, but I am going to try to get close.
I have now lost 16 pounds. Happy Day! I have so much more energy. My sugar levels are great! I have quit taking my morning glyberide, and my morning metphormin. I believe the Slique tea is helping a lot with the sugar levels. I didn't get time to walk or exercise this weekend but walked 30 minutes this morning. My short term goal is 30 pounds by the 1st. Don't think I will make it, but I will try!
I am holding steady. Haven't lost or gained. I am at the dreaded plateau that you always reach on a diet. I am feeling great though. The tea really works with the cravings. I have been walking a mile in the morning and evening and have lots of energy. My sugar levels have stablized which is really making me happy. I am also doing the greatest loser workout video level 1 about every other day instead of walking in the evening. I am now wearing my skinny size skirts that I could never fit into. If and when I lose more, I buy new clothes. All in all, I am in good spirits with the whole thing!
Since Feb 3, I have lost 14 pounds! I am amazed! It's like the fat is just melting away. Not hard at all like previous diets. The Slique tea seems to keep all cravings for sweets away, which is where I usually struggle. I am using the Balance complete for lunch and it really does satisfy. I am walking a 24 min mile at 10% incline, 30 minutes a day. Also have started the biggest loser workout video. I have done the starting loop 3 times. Jus
