This is me now. Looking a lot better. Feeling a lot better. I am having trouble again this round stablizing. I ate a lot of iceburg lettuce in P3 and later I read that that will keep you from stabilizing. I am just hanging in there and will learn from the experience. So far have gained about 8 pounds. I will start another round end of July. Hope I don't gain it all before then. This is me back in Feb 2012. I was starting the slique tea diet at that time.

I am finishing up phase 2 of my round. I have lost 25.4 pounds this round. It went great. Hopefully I will stabilize better this time. I am feeling great! It is amazing how you can feel the weight drop off on this diet. My sugars are great. I can keep up with Clint when we are walking now without huffing and puffing. Really great.
We will be starting another round the end of July. I am tired of dieting but eagar to get to my goall of 100 pounds. Sounds t I have now lost 70 pounds since I first started dieting back in Feb 2012! So happy! Seems like a long haul but yet it went fast. This round is going so much better for me. I am mixing vegetables which I never did before. On previous rounds, I stuck totallly to protocol. This time, I am eating several vegetable with my meals. Eating a lot of sugarfree salsa as my salad dressing. I also am eating an egg once in awhile from the vegetarian menu. Really makes for a better round and doesn't seem to bother my losses. I am mores satisfied in my meals. I am never hungry, but I have a desire to eat. I like food and just want to eat. I watch food network, do pintrest and pin a lot of food, and do canning. It all seems like therapy and helps with the desire to eat. 70 pounds!!!! Can you believe it?
Hi everyone. I am into day 7 of round 4. I have lost 9.2 pounds so far. Only problem is, between gorge day and having some trouble on phase 4 of the last round, I had gained 15 pounds. So I still have 6 more to loose before I break even.
I have determined that there is something about the short rounds that I can't stabilize properly. I hope that is it. So this is a regular 43 day round. Hope it goes quickly. My only other thought is that it is the flour. When I started eating bread, that is when I had trouble. I might not be able to eat regular flour in the future. I understand that corn has been geneticly modified. I am going to watch it closely. I am still encouraged about the overall weight loss. I did loose some inches when I weighed on day 3, after gorging. So that in itself is encouraging. I will try to keep posting about this round. Looking forward to summer and gardening! I am successfully maintaining this time. I have lost a total of 68 pounds! Almost done with phase 3. I have had 3 correction days, but I don't care. Keeping me in my correct range and in that I am determined! 4 more weeks and I start Round 4! We have booked a cruise in January 2014 and I hope to have dropped another 50 pounds by then. It is possible and I am really going to try. I keep forgetting to post a picture for you. I will have to remember. I have changed a lot! Got out my passport last night and they might not recognize me on the cruise checkin. I am now in a size 14. Started in a 22 or 2x and some 3x. Quite a change for the better. Feel so much better! If you are on the fence about HCG, I highly recommend it! I have been having a very successful round so far. I have dropped 20 pounds from load day. To my dismay, that puts me just under my ending weight from the last round. But - life marches on. I hope I have learn't from my past mistake. I have 5 more injections on this round and then I am trying 3 low calorie days instead of 2. Hope that works in stabilization better. I am very happy with the results so far. I am hoping for a total of 25, but I realize that is probably not going to happen this round. I'll let you know.
I started round 3 on January 26th, 2013. I hadn't stablized very well on the last round so I was almost back up to the round 2 starting point. Feel like I wasted the round, but learned a very valuable tool. I have a slow metabolism and I need to wait 3 days instead of 2 days after injections to get all the HCG out of my system. I think that would help a lot. It seems that on both previous rounds, I gain almost instantly that 3rd day and then struggle to keep weight off. I am going to try that this time.
I have dropped weight really fast this time. 9.6 pounds already in 2 days since load. Maybe I will be able to get past the last total because I already lost it once. We will see. I am on my second round of HCG dieting. I have now lost a total of 60 pounds! Feeling great! I have now quit using my cpap machine for my sleep apnea. How nice. Blood pressure is great, stopped all medication for it. Only taking 1 diabetes medication, and I really think I could do without it. I have dropped 4 dress sizes. Very happy! It has been quite awhile since I have blogged. Techniques have change, much for the better I believe. I have switched from my Slique diet plan to the HCG diet. Slique got me motivated and started and I will always appreciate it! But I reached the point that I could not get past. Stuck no matter what I did.
Then I heard about HCG through a compounding pharmacist here. I did a lot of research and decided it was for me. Very glad I did. I have completed Round 1 phase 2. I am now on the maintenance phase 3. I have lost a total of 52 pounds since Febuary, on the 2 diets combined. About 30 on the HCG diet. It has been life changing to say the least. I will post some pictures soon. I feel so much better. My sugar levels are now normal. I am not taking diabetes or blood pressure medicine. Things are looking good! I strongly recommend HCG for anyone that is really determined to loose. It is a real committment Good news today. Down to 24 pounds. I think the weight gain on vacation was mostly water. I drank a ton of it as we were walking. Anyway, I am back on it, and have lost more this week. Feeling really good! I can really tell a difference on my knees. Feel so much better.
