I have now lost 70 pounds since I first started dieting back in Feb 2012! So happy! Seems like a long haul but yet it went fast. This round is going so much better for me. I am mixing vegetables which I never did before. On previous rounds, I stuck totallly to protocol. This time, I am eating several vegetable with my meals. Eating a lot of sugarfree salsa as my salad dressing. I also am eating an egg once in awhile from the vegetarian menu. Really makes for a better round and doesn't seem to bother my losses. I am mores satisfied in my meals. I am never hungry, but I have a desire to eat. I like food and just want to eat. I watch food network, do pintrest and pin a lot of food, and do canning. It all seems like therapy and helps with the desire to eat. 70 pounds!!!! Can you believe it?
